Bubble does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Everything the extension stores stays locally on your device. We operate no servers that receive your content or browsing activity.

What Bubble stores (locally, on your device)

Using Chrome's storage API, the extension saves only the following, on your device:

This information never leaves your browser except as described in "Network requests" below. You can erase it at any time by removing the extension.

Network requests

AI providers. To answer your follow-ups, the extension sends your highlighted text and your follow-up questions to the AI provider whose site you're on, using your existing, logged-in session on that site. These requests go directly from your browser to the provider, and Bubble does not receive or store a copy. Depending on the site, this is:

Subscriptions (ExtensionPay / Stripe). If you start a free trial or subscribe, payment and subscription status are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. The extension only checks whether your subscription is active; it never sees or stores your payment details.
